We do Easter baskets and presents the day before Easter and say they are from us, cutting out the Easter Bunny. Regardless, the girls didn't really know much about this part of the Easter traditions, and were excited about these unexpected happenings. They were pretty excited about their bubble wands, sand toys, and tinkerbell/princess flipflops.

Of course, Conference time is different with little kids. At least this year Cora and Violet could play together upstairs part of the time, so Kevin and I did get to really listen to chunks of Conference, especially during naptime.

After Conference on Saturday we dyed eggs. The girls thought this was so cool-- we could have gone through dozens! As it was, we had a good amount for egg salad sandwiches that night, due to Violet still learning how to be gentle.

During Priesthood session, my good friend Emily came over and treated us to
Lemonade Cupcakes that were heavenly. It was great to visit and watch the girls show off for her!

The lemonade cupcakes sound really yummy. Looks like the girls got some fun things for Easter and had fun dying eggs.
That picture of Cora and Luke is adorable. What a fun filled Easter weekend you had. I love the easter baskets the girls have...very cute.
Looks like fun! I loved the girls early morning hair! I look just like that when I wake up!
